I don’t normally ask for help, but my baby frenchie is at the ER, fighting for his life from a heatstroke. The vet said he has a 50/50 chance to live.

Im looking at a 10,000k vet bill. Any help would be forever appreciated to keep my baby alive. Background: His pet sitter took him to the park for 15 minutes and within that amount of time he started wheezing. The wheezing led to him vomitting several times, and then having seizures. His body was becoming limp as he was struggling to breathe. We were able to rush him to the vet. When we got there, his tongue was blue and was barely alive. The vet said his temperature was at 41 degrees. He is currently in ICU. I’m praying he pulls through. He is such a loving and happy dog. He deserves many years of life.
