Help support My daughter, Athena, and her seven children, ages 3 to 15, She was recently involved in a devastating car incident (hit and run), which has put her out of work, and she is now confined to a wheelchair because she cannot walk due to a torn ACL. We are trying to raise $50,000 to $75,000 to cover her expenses for the next 6 months, which include transportation back and forth to our doctor's and therapy appointments, as well as her day-to-day expenses of food, shelter, clothing, utilities, and unpaid leave from work to take care of herself and her seven children. We are also asking for financial support to help her with the repairs to her van or to get a reliable vehicle to help her transport herself and her children. We are not sure of the time frame for her recovery, but we are praying she will be back on her feet soon.
