Hi, I’m Henry Alvarado, Army veteran and founder of At Ease HQ Foundation.

We are building a Veteran Dive & Resilience Program focused on helping veterans, active duty service members, caregivers, and families reconnect through community, purpose, and shared experiences both underwater and above the surface.

Many veterans struggle with losing the sense of brotherhood, mission, and connection they once had during service. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where veterans can build confidence, mentorship, camaraderie, and lifelong community through scuba diving and ocean-based experiences.

Funds raised will help provide safe dive equipment, pool training, air fills, instructor support, veteran scholarships, caregiver dive days, transportation, and future monthly dive events for veterans and their families.

This program is not just about diving — it’s about rebuilding connection, purpose, and community for those who have served.
