Hello,
I am Walaa K N Alkhazendar fundraising for Hisham Alnatour. Whitney Mcaniff is in charge of transferring the funds from gofundme.
Hisham is my family friend from more than 15 years ago. Now he is a very hard situation that have no one can help that it is way I started this fundraiser to help him build his life again. I was shocked by the photos I have for Hisham in the war (photos are mentioned following). I have nothing to except helping him by opening this fundraiser.
Whitney also is my family friend, she is a good friend to my sisters. She accepted to help hisham by transferring the funds from gofundme to be able to help him gain this funds outside gofundme.
You will read the story here by Hisham’s words:
I am Hisham Alnatour, 29 years old, from Palestine, and I live in Gaza. I have witnessed six wars in my country, holding hope that one day the wars will end, and we will live in peace, but this bloody war was devastating to everything: our homes, works, dreams, and future.
In this war, I was displaced from my home more than five times by force and bombardment. My family's home, which was built step by step for years, was destroyed in just one minute, so I do not have a home. In other words, we are homeless.
We were displaced to places that do not have the necessities of life. There is no clean water, no healthy food, and no safety. You can imagine that we were standing in very long lines just to go to the bathroom or even to buy some bread. Our lives in tents are summed up in no cleanliness, no safety, and so much fear. Sanitation is poor, diseases have spread everywhere, there is no health care or hospital for treatment, and we cannot sleep because of the bombing and the sound of the terrifying warplanes.
I got married a few months before the war. I had my own project: a store selling pretty clothes and dresses. It was a good source of income for me and my wife. I established this project with great difficulty due to a lack of money. But war came and destroyed all our dreams. I am now here looking for safety and stability, escaping the horror and bombings in my country.
Everything here is ruined and frightening; my soul was extinguished from the intensity of oppression and pain, and I was afflicted with a state of panic and psychological disturbances due to the catastrophic situation here. But now, like any man, I dream of giving a small child to have a small family, but it is difficult in this war to give birth to a child in these difficult circumstances, as there is no care for any pregnant woman, there is no proper food, clean water, or good clothes, and the smell is very bad in the place, sewage, trash, and excrement. Also, there is no clean bathroom, and I have no other choice, so I turned to you to help me. Please help me to be a mother in a safe and clean environment with good health care for my health.
Therefore, to escape this war, we need a travel permit, and due to the siege, we must pay $5,000 per person to get an official permit. Your support will help us travel, or at least, rebuild our lives.
Here you can find our pictures before and after the war:
Help me make a new start to having a family in a place far from destruction, fear, death, hunger, and poverty. Please do not leave me here alone. I have no escape or shelter. Take me and my wife out to safety. I am very afraid, and I cannot bear the catastrophic conditions of continuing living here.
Please find some pictures for us before and after the war.
PLEASE, HELP US EVACUATE TO A SAFE PLACE AND HAVING A LOVELY FAMILY!
