While looking after her ill, hospitalized father-in-law with her fiancé Jeremy in North Carolina on Easter Sunday, her fiancé Jeremy tragically and unexpectedly died in his sleep.

Ashlyn and Jeremy are high school sweethearts. They share 2 children together and were planning on getting married on May 18, 2025. Now, Ashlyn, while missing her soul mate Jeremy, will have to raise their children alone. Instead of planning her wedding, she will need to plan services. She works as a paralegal at the Connecticut Injury Firm in Hartford, and her children attend school in the city of Farmington.
