Support Ashley's Road to Recovery

I don't know how to start this.

If you know Ashley, you know she is one of the best human beings on this planet.

She is a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, cousin and friend. She really is the best of the best.

Saturday night, while having dinner with her husband and his family, she collapsed. She went into cardiac arrest and thank goodness her husband John started CPR immediately and they called 911.

The ambulance arrived very quickly she was shocked back but her heart was only functioning at 5%. She was intubated in the field and placed on an ECMO machine when she arrived at the hospital. She is currently intubated and on ECMO, her heart function has increased to 45% but they do not want to turn down the ECMO yet.

There isn't much information right now and the medical team does not know what caused this.

She was perfectly normal prior to this happening.

There is obviously a lot of financial stress that is going to come with this event. Ashley and John have an almost 3 year old son Johnny, they both work full-time and we do not know how long this is going to go on. She is in need of high level care and the bills that come with that are unfortunately high as well.
