Today September 17th, my sister-in-law, Ashley, who I love so much, was involved in a devastating car accident. She was t-boned from the side of her vehicle on the driver’s side by a large truck and the car was completely destroyed.

Ashley has sustained severe injuries to her pelvis and is currently admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). While she is stable and in pain, she will require intensive surgery, likely tomorrow, to stabilize her injuries.

Surgeries can be expensive even with insurance, and this GoFundMe is just one way I can try to help offset the cost of the future. If anyone is aware of pelvic injuries, as I am as an ICU nurse, they typically involve a significant amount of recovery, pain, and hard work. Usually over months.
