Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m sharing my story in hopes of getting the support I need on my journey toward healing. Before my story I would like to preface by saying that my husband and I do not take asking for help lightly. It has weighed heavily on our hearts to create this page, but we are placing our trust in our all-loving God and leaving the abundance to Him.

For the past ten years, I’ve been battling debilitating migraines that have completely changed the way I live my life.

My Migraine Journey

What started as occasional headaches quickly escalated into chronic, severe migraines that have taken me to the emergency room more times than I can count. Over the years, I’ve tried countless medications, therapies, and treatments—many of which provided little to no relief.

After years of searching for answers, I reached a point where standard treatments were no longer enough. Recently, I underwent a major surgery to have a neurostimulator implanted in my head, a device designed to help control and ease the constant pain. This was not an easy decision, but it was one of my last hopes at regaining some quality of life.

Recovery is a slow and uncertain road, but I remain hopeful that this will finally give me some relief and allow me to live with less pain. Unfortunately, with ongoing medical care, hospital stays, and this life-changing surgery, the bills have continued to pile up—adding financial stress to an already overwhelming situation.

I’m reaching out with this GoFundMe not just for financial support, but also in hopes of sharing my journey. Every donation, share, or kind word brings me closer to recovery and helps ease the weight I’ve been carrying.
