Hello all,

My name is Ashley, I’m 35 years old, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of passion and purpose. After years of searching, I’ve finally found my true calling, and that is to become a postpartum doula. This journey is not just a career shift—it's a mission grounded in compassion, healing, and service to families during one of the most tender and transformative times in life.

What is a Postpartum Doula, you may ask?

A postpartum doula is a trained professional who offers emotional, physical, and hands-on support to new mothers, babies, and their families in the days and weeks after birth. Whether it’s teaching newborn care, supporting breastfeeding or bottle feeding, preparing meals, helping with light household tasks, or just listening with an open heart, a doula's presence can make all the difference in a family's postpartum journey.

Most importantly, we nurture the mother, helping her heal, rest, and bond with her baby. We hold space, offer reassurance, and ensure she feels supported and not alone.

My Mission

As a 35-year-old woman with a heart full of compassion, I’m called to support families during one of life’s most vulnerable and beautiful moments—after welcoming a new baby. I believe every family, no matter their story or structure, deserves to feel seen, respected, and cared for.

My goal is to create a practice that embraces all parents and families, especially those who have often been overlooked, while holding space for every mom and parent navigating the challenges of new parenthood.

No one should have to face this journey alone—and I want to be there to help.
