On January I will have the chance to turn my dream of becoming a global marketer into reality, but I can't do it alone!

Hi guys, my name is Ashley, and I am asking for your support to pursue a life-changing opportunity. I have been accepted into an internship in Madrid, Spain with Both People & Comms, a public relations and communications agency, where I will serve as a Communications and Business Intern.

My passion for working abroad began after a study abroad trip this past summer to Germany, Austria, and Italy. Experiencing new cultures and seeing the global opportunities in marketing inspired me to seek an international internship. Since that trip, I began looking for internships abroad and discovered the Intern Group, which ultimately connected me to this incredible opportunity in Spain.

I recently graduated, and like many graduates, it has been challenging to find the right job. This internship is not just an experience abroad; it is the chance to build the foundation for my dream of becoming a global marketer.

As a first-generation Latina graduate, I have always worked hard to carve out my own path and push past barriers that often make opportunities like this feel out of reach. This internship is unpaid, and on top of living and travel expenses, I am responsible for covering the program fees in order to participate. That is why I am reaching out for help. I want to be clear; this is not something I take lightly. I am deeply committed to making the most of every single day I spend in Spain.

This experience will allow me to grow professionally, gain international perspective, and show that first-generation students can dream beyond limitations. With your support, I will be able to take this step not only for myself but also to inspire and open doors for others who share the same dream.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will help me move closer to this goal. I will be sharing updates on my journey through my Instagram, @ashley_tienegoals, for anyone who would like to follow along. Thank you for believing in me, for supporting my growth, and for helping me turn this dream into reality.
