UPDATE 5/16 8am: Hello everyone, we received a $300 cash donation which puts us at $2500. Gofundme takes a fee from each donation so I am actually about $150 short but I will contribute the remainder! So I’d like to give a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed! If you feel obliged to donate anymore past today, those donations will go towards trying to get his truck out of impound to keep in the family, covering our costs for driving back and forth to the high desert where he was and loved, and any costs in transferring titles to our names. UPDATE 5/6 9am: THANK YOU to everyone so much, we’re already past the halfway point and we can’t thank you guys enough!

Hi family and friends. This is Ashley and Samantha, Loren’s daughters. If you haven’t heard, he had a medical episode on Thursday, May 1, was admitted to the hospital and finally passed peacefully, in no pain on Monday, May 5th with us by his side. This news came to us very suddenly and unexpectedly. I am only making this go fund me so everyone can see the donations and current balance. We spoke with a mortuary and the cost is pending between $1500-2000, hence why I am putting the goal at $2000. The money is going towards paying for his cremation, and hopefully any costs we need to cover for transportation to and from his area to handle everything.

Thank you guys in advance for any contributions as it really helps my sister and I handle everything.
