Support Ashley Russell in Her Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hello, everyone. My name is Holly, and I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Ashley Russell. Ashley has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, and we are rallying together to support her through this challenging time.

Ashley is a remarkable woman with a heart of gold. She is always busy helping others and bringing a smile to everyone around her. Her selflessness and kindness have touched the lives of so many people.

Ashley is married to her wonderful husband, Jamie, who has been her rock through this difficult journey. They have a beautiful little girl, Hazel, who is 5 years old. Hazel is the light of their lives, and Ashley is determined to stay strong for her family.

In April, Ashley discovered a lump in her breast, and after a series of medical consultations and tests, she has been diagnosed with grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. This type of cancer is aggressive, making timely and effective treatment crucial. After the initial diagnosis of a 23mm mass, further MRI scans revealed an additional cancerous mass, which has also spread to her lymph nodes. Her next steps involve her getting a port so they can start chemo right away and a PET scan to determine the full extent of the cancer.

Cancer treatment is not only physically and emotionally draining but also financially overwhelming. Ashley will need to undergo surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, etc., which will require significant time off work and extensive medical expenses. The costs associated with treatment, travel, medications, and other related expenses are substantial and pose a significant financial burden.

We are asking for your support to help ease the financial stress on Ashley, Jamie, and little Hazel during this difficult time. To make matters worse, her insurance has been difficult to deal with and has already declined to cover the cost of the MRI and PET scan. Your generous donations will go directly towards covering medical bills, treatment costs, and other essential expenses.
