Just a few weeks ago, Ashley was living life as a vibrant, kind, and selfless 25-year-old — now she’s facing the fight of her life against acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

If you’ve ever met Ashley, you know how deeply she cares for others. She’s always been someone who shows up — not just in words, but in action.

In her earlier years, she rode in ambulances, supporting people during some of their most vulnerable moments. She practiced taekwondo for years and gave back by mentoring young students in the discipline she loved. In college, she served as a Resident Assistant (RA) — known for being the first to lend a hand, offer a shoulder, or step in when someone needed help. Ashley is the kind of person who would literally give you the shirt off her back without a second thought.

Now, she’s the one who needs help — and it’s our turn to show up for her.

Ashley recently went to the ER after experiencing unexplained fatigue and pain. Within hours, she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia — an aggressive blood cancer that requires immediate and intensive chemotherapy. She's now hospitalized at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, undergoing her first round of treatment and preparing for a long road ahead.
