Support Ashley and Daughter's Temporary Housing

Hello! My name is Ashley and my 12-year-old daughter and I have recently become homeless. I have tried every resource that is willing to help but cannot because there’s a waitlist or the waitlists are closed. I am an Army veteran and even utilizing their resources hasn’t proved helpful. My daughter has a temporary roof over her head, and I am in an extended stay hotel. My daughter will be joining me this weekend. This hotel charges $270 a week rather than charging nightly. I am doing intense outpatient therapy, and this hotel is close enough for travel, seeing as I don’t have a vehicle either. I am also battling cancer, which makes it hard to maintain a stable job. In 4 weeks, I will finally be able to help me with a place to live; it’s just that long of a process. Considering all that is going on, I can’t afford to pay $270 every Monday for the next 4 weeks. I thankfully do get food assistance. I am asking for $2,000, which will cover my 4-week stay while we wait to get into the new house. I understand if you can’t donate; prayer is appreciated.
