Support Ashley and Carson's Safety

Need help protecting my kids from an abusive parent. Ashley and Carson have endured their dad physically, mentally, and emotionally abusing them for years. I unfortunately kept them in an unsafe and toxic environment for far too long in fear of their dad trying to kill them and myself after multiple threats by him that we would end up dead if we left. I finally left the home with both children after he held a gun to his head, threatening to kill himself and locking Carson in the bathroom with him with firearms. The substance and alcohol misuse never ended, and he even resigned from his job due to testing positive for cocaine while on shift.

Years later now, after I have had primary custody and he has only had visitation, he is trying to take full custody of them. Even with current abuse happening to the children by him. Both Ashley and Carson have reported multiple occasions of things being thrown at them or being hit when he’s angry. Not only is abuse happening, but Ashley has developed severe anxiety and panic attacks due to his actions, especially with the thought of being around him.

He is taking me to trial and I need an attorney to help prove all allegations towards him and to keep these kids safe!

Even if I can’t reach the goal anything helps with court and fees to provide evidence. Thank you!!
