Hello! My name is Ashlee, and this fall I will be starting my first year at the University of Georgia. Being accepted into UGA was a huge milestone for me, and I worked incredibly hard to earn my place. As I prepared to begin this next chapter, I experienced an unexpected and significant change in my personal and financial circumstances that left me without the support I had planned on for college.

Despite this, I am determined not to let these circumstances stop me. I’ve always believed in working hard for my goals, and I am actively applying for multiple jobs on and around campus to cover my expenses. However, because this is my very first semester, time is running short to make the initial payments I need in order to get started.

This is why I’m turning to this community for help. I don’t need a handout for the long term; I just need a little help covering my initial costs until I can secure steady work and support myself fully. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward paying my school expenses so I can begin my journey at UGA without falling behind before I even start.

UGA has always been my dream, and I am ready to put in the effort to succeed academically and financially. Any assistance you can give will mean the world to me. Even sharing this campaign would be such a blessing.
