On Easter Sunday, Ashkan Thibodeaux showed extraordinary courage and love for his family. While exploring near a creek with his little brother, Wyatt, a terrifying accident happened; Wyatt slipped and fell into the icy water. Ashkan didn’t hesitate for a second. He saw the danger and jumped in to save his brother, guiding him to safety and saving his life. Now, Ashkan is fighting for his own.

Ashkan is receiving care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Minnesota. The doctors, emergency personnel, and the prayers of so many have helped him keep fighting. The road ahead will be long and filled with emotional and financial challenges for their family. We created this fundraiser to support them during this difficult time.

The funds will help with medical expenses, ongoing treatments, travel and lodging for family, meals, daily living costs, time away from work, and any other needs that come up as Ashkan recovers.
