Support Asha for her Surgery and recovery from AHDS

I am Aparna, owner of Asha, 1year old sweet golden retriever .Asha was diagnosed an ectopic ureter problem, when she was 4 months old. The options presented to us by the vet was surgery and medical management to control her urine incontinence and recurring bacterial infections. She was operated on June 12, 2024, at Rose worthy animal hospital for the same costing me $7000 Aud that excludes the other additional costs incurred for her symptom management. Unfortunately, the surgery did not go quite well, and she presented with more symptoms than before and was also prone to frequent bacterial infections. Eventually, we had to take a series of tests again to find out that she had ectopic ureter on both sides and that she requires a re-surgery. She was scheduled for surgery on 17 March 2025. In the meantime, she fell severely sick and was admitted to the Green cross emergency clinic in Norwood, SA. They ran her through a series of tests and identified her problem to be Acute gastroenteritis needs further care and treatment. This whole visit has costed me another $8000 aud and Asha is still recovering. I have almost spent around 20,000aud so far on her and currently in a tough financial situation and request for support to cover her surgery costs amounting to a max if $10,000 aud and future admission if she doesn’t progress well with her current gastro. She requires this surgery to prevent frequent antibacterial infections that could potentially affect her kidney and could be fatal to her.
