Dear friends and chosen family,

As many of you know, over the past few years I’ve been moving more deeply into the world of bodywork and healing modalities. This transition has felt deeply aligned, and I’m feeling more at home with what I’m able to offer to those around me.

These last few years have been devastating for many of us, and I’ve been dedicating my energy to cultivating tools and creating spaces that can help my communities move through these impossible times.

I intend to continue this work—but I’ve now come up against a financial barrier. So, for the first time, I’m reaching out publicly to ask for financial support. It also happens to be my birthday soon, so if you were thinking of gifting me something, this could be a meaningful way to do so.

I’m raising funds to join the upcoming Compassionate Inquiry training program (a trauma therapy education led by Gabor Maté), to help cover some debt from previous education, and to stay financially stable in the near future. Over the last few years, I’ve gathered various tools to support different kinds of bodies and experiences, and I feel this training will deeply enrich and expand the work I’m already doing in my communities.
