Hello, my name is Charlene and I am the mom of this wonderful, amazing, talented, sweet, funny, caring, intelligent, fun-loving, family & friend-oriented young lady. Her name is Aryella Jessica-Rose and I’m lucky to get to be her mom.

The first thing to know about Aryella is she’s always been harder on herself than needed. As a young child, she would get upset if she thought she did something wrong or didn’t do something correctly, which led her to be the perfectionist and hardworking, dedicated student that she is. We used to (and still do) need to remind her that it’s okay to make a mistake; no one is perfect, and that’s how you learn from your past mistakes. But with that being said, she still manages to keep her grades up and puts herself through hell if she doesn’t get all A’s.

She was an active competitive dancer, starting dance at the age of 3 years old up until last September when she had a tragic incident and ended up with snapping hip syndrome and was told she was not going to be able to dance. She then broke her pelvis in two places trying to still stay active because she is not a young lady that likes to sit still. Unfortunately, those incidents stopped her from doing the thing she loved the most, yet she is still dedicated and goes to every competition for her dance team to still support them. She also manages to hold a part-time job. So she is a very busy young woman learning to manage life.

So this all brings us to Aryella being Aryella and applying for a college program for the college of her dreams which is, University of New England to study marine biology and psychology. The best part is she was ACCEPTED, only she didn’t know the cost of the program or the deadline, which happens to be May 30, 2025, and $2000. Unfortunately, as her mom, I work 2 jobs, 70 hours a week, and still barely make ends meet. I do not want her to miss out on this wonderful opportunity because I never went to college. I want her to have a better life than what we can give her. If anyone is willing to help us send her to this program, we would be so incredibly appreciative. Anything will help. Please and thank you in advance.
