Hello family, friends, and community members of the Dempseys,

Recently, Ary was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer that has spread to one lymph node. She has already undergone various biopsies and scans - the bills are starting to add up. This week she will have surgery to remove the lymph node and get another biopsy to determine further treatment and surgery.

When Ary's kids were younger, she volunteered countless hours in the Greater Sacramento area to encourage other parents and educate them about babywearing. When she lived in Tahoe, she advocated for her son and other special needs children and their families in the local school district. Now we have an opportunity to support Ary and her family.

Please consider donating to help the Dempseys pay for medical bills, time off for Zach, and other services that allow Ary to properly rest through her battle. We will also set up a meal train soon and add a link here.
