Help Artie Fight Cancer Without the Burden of Work

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out to ask for support for someone who means the world to us—our father, grandfather and great grandfather, and your friend, Artie Derrenbacker.

Artie has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy, which has taken a major toll on his body. On top of that, he needs knee surgery but cannot undergo the procedure while receiving treatment. Despite the constant pain in his legs and the extreme fatigue from chemo, he continues to work because he has no other option.

Artie is the sole provider for himself and his wife, Milinda. He has always been a proud and hardworking man—someone who has never asked for help, even when things were hard. But right now, he needs rest. He needs time to focus on his health without worrying about how the bills will get paid.

We’re hoping to raise enough funds to give him the ability to stop working and focus fully on healing and spending quality time with his family. Any amount helps, and even if you’re not in a place to give, we’d be so grateful if you could share this with others.
