Due to the long delay in renewing my documents (for Ukrainians, renewals have been taking a very long time over the past year; that's the current policy), I couldn't work last year and now find myself in a very difficult financial situation.

I can't renew my work permit because it costs $580. I don't have that kind of money right now. I haven't been able to work for the last year and now find myself in a very difficult financial situation; I have absolutely no money. This is invaluable for me right now, so I can pay my rent, buy at least an affordable car, and get back on my feet.
