Our dear friend and co-worker, Arron, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, an unimaginable challenge for someone so young, vibrant, and full of joy. Arron is the person who makes even the hardest days brighter—her laughter fills our halls, her kindness lifts our spirits, and her heart touches everyone she meets.

Outside of work, she is the proud and devoted mom of Amaya, a daughter who recently got engaged and is excitedly planning her future, and twins Lilly and Luke, who just started their first year of college. She should be celebrating these milestones with all the joy she deserves, not facing a fight no one is ever prepared for.

Yet even in the face of this challenge, Arron is staying unbelievably positive, drawing strength from her family and friends. She is determined to fight this with everything she has. As she begins this difficult journey while caring for her family, we want to rally around her the way she has always shown up for others.
