Support Arnold Lane's Amputee Journey
Donation protected
Hello everyone. My name is Sabrina and I am looking to help my Dad, Arnold Lane, with his journey as an amputee to both legs. Not only is this hard for him, but it is hard for me because this was unexpected and he unfortunately had to move from Washington State to Cleveland, Ohio. The funds will be used for traveling expenses, the move from his apartment, and any medical supplies not covered under his insurance.
On July 9, 2024, beyond our control, I flew to Portland, Oregon to transport him to Ohio for better healthcare. We arrived on July 11th and he was immediately transported to University Hospital of Cleveland.
At that time, he had a right leg amputation and was doing well. After being medically discharged, he was later sent to rehab “to get better.” However, after being sent to rehab, he injured his left leg and it became infected, causing him to lose his left leg.
Moving forward, we are in the process of transitioning with his move from Washington to Ohio on top of figuring out how he will have coverage for prosthetics due to limited insurance. October 1st is day of travel to Washington State to move his belongings. If you are in any position to assist us, no matter the dollar amount… WE ARE APPRECIATIVE.
May you be blessed beyond measure for your ability to help someone in need. With love, Arnold and Sabrina!
