I'm kindly asking not only for moral support but also for help to support my family and my recovery. Before this accident, I was a hard-working man providing for my wife and children. This is not something I ever expected to happen. I worked construction and also worked in a restaurant to help bring in extra income. When I was on my way home from work, I carpooled with one of my coworkers. We were following the rules of the road, driving the exact speed limit, and also driving carefully with no distractions. While we were driving, a Red BMW illegally drove over the double line to pass a vehicle merging onto the opposite traffic. This BMW nearly hit us, and my co-worker hit the brakes to maneuver out of the way, but this caused the car to lose control. We were then taken by inertia and gravity, forcing us to go into a barrel roll. The vehicle rolled multiple times and forced the seat belt I was wearing to cut into my throat, causing me to receive two spinal injuries, plus my neck was broken. Thank God for good people; the other drivers in the area stopped to help while the Red BMW drove away instead of stopping. They called 911 and were able to get EMS there before I bled to death or my injuries got worse, causing me to die. I was then taken to the hospital, where I was placed in the ICU for ten days until I woke up from my coma. I received two spinal injury procedures to help my recovery while I was in a coma, but I am still paralyzed. After a few weeks, I can slightly move my arms, but the rest of my body is still paralyzed. Please help me to support my two children and my wife, who is currently pregnant. I need the support to help feed them and to pay for my physical therapy. I want my wife to work, but I need her help to take care of the children and to help take care of me while I recover. I pray that with physical therapy, I can one day recover and be able to support my family once again with everyone's support.
