Support Army Veteran James' recovery

What happened?
On May 8, 2019, Army Veteran Staff Sergeant James Dunlop was unexpectedly hospitalized with a massive tumor in the wall of his small intestine.  While the doctors were able to successfully remove the tumor, James' kidneys have been unable to recover.  He remains hospitalized from the massive surgery and will require regular dialysis three times per week for the foreseeable future.

Who is James?
James served in the Field Artillery during active duty and completed training to become a Registered Nurse following discharge.  He is 34 years old, has been married to Rebecca for 14 years, and is the proud father of 2 young boys.
I met James during his second of three deployments to Iraq.  James initially deployed to OIF I with the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg, followed by the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment out of Fort Carson during OIF III, and finally with the 214th Fires Brigade out of Fort Sill.  James always treated his Soldiers with the utmost respect and earned equal respect from both senior commissioned and non-commissioned officers.

Why we need your help?
At the time he suddenly became sick, James did not have short term disability insurance.  Over the last three weeks of hospitalization, the family has suffered significant losses to their savings and will likely continue to go without James' income for the foreseeable future.
Please help us raise funds to replace James' lost income and significant medical expenses during this difficult time.
