Support Arlene Alvarado's Final Farewell

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Silvia Figueiredo, from Hilmar, CA. Those of you may know me from my time at the local McDonald's, as well as my fiancé who also worked at McDonald's and Dollar General as a cashier. I am here on behalf of my fiancé and his family to help give my mother-in-law, Arlene Alvarado, a fitting farewell. She passed peacefully on April 1, 2025, at the age of 73.

She had a plethora of health issues. She had one eye, was blind in her other eye, had a hip replacement, a broken tailbone, one breast, nine toes, and a pacemaker, but fought for 20 years. In that time, she had two strokes, many health scares, and 16 crazy years of dialysis. Her kidney doctor was always amazed to see her each time and would always bring up that she lived three times longer than any of his other patients. She was loved by each of her drivers that came to pick her up for her appointments. She had a hard time remembering many names, but her drivers and their families were not names she would forget. She always had a smile and was amazing at starting conversations. She was welcoming, thoughtful, funny, kind, crazy, and the best mother-in-law anyone could ever ask for! There are no words in the world to describe everything she was.

She was one of eleven children, the second of the girls born to her parents. She leaves behind four siblings, three children (Joe, Carmen, and Israel), seven grandkids, and five great-grandkids.

Please help me raise funds to help her be cremated and returned home to her family, as well as help with the celebration of life.

Thank you and God bless.
