Arlene was married to Gary, her husband of almost 53 years. Gary was the eldest son of Lily Tribbett, my grandma, who left behind eight children. He was an integral part of our lives, and especially Arlene’s. Gary loved Arlene from the moment they met, and he stood by her side until the very end. Sadly, Gary fell ill and passed away, leaving Arlene without any money or life insurance. His income had been supporting both of them, and with his passing, Arlene is now facing a difficult financial situation.
Arlene needs support with cremation costs for Gary, as well as help with bills until she is able to generate her own income. She lives in Spokane, separated from our family, and wants to come back to Tacoma to be surrounded by her children and loved ones, especially while she is mourning. Arlene is also dealing with dementia, which makes this transition even more challenging. Our family wants to help her stay housed, bring her back to her family, and ease the burden of these unexpected expenses.
Please consider donating to help Arlene during this difficult time. Your support will help cover cremation costs, keep her housed, and assist her in moving back to Tacoma to be with her family. All proceeds will go directly to Arlene, and any contribution will make a meaningful difference as she navigates this new chapter in her life.
