Help Us Mentor the Next Generation with Teach One to Lead One
Hi friends,
My name is Jason Euler, and for the past 7 years, I've had the privilege of volunteering with an organization that’s truly changed lives — both the lives of young people, and my own. That organization is Teach One to Lead One (T1L1) — a community-based mentorship program that works directly with at-risk youth to help them build character, develop leadership, and unlock a brighter future.
Through weekly sessions inside classrooms and juvenile centers across Arizona, T1L1 mentors step in where role models are missing, offering consistency, support, and guidance. These aren’t just lessons — they’re life-changing conversations. And they work.
Why We’re Asking for Your Support
Every year, we host a charitable event called Splash Down Arizona — a summer celebration that brings the community together to raise funds and awareness for causes that matter. This year, we’re proud to donate 100% of Splash Down proceeds to Teach One to Lead One. But we know the need is greater than just what one event can cover.
That’s where this campaign comes in.
We’re aiming to raise $10,000 (or more) to directly support T1L1 programs in Arizona — helping them expand into more schools, serve more students, and train more mentors to make an even bigger impact.
What Your Donation Supports:
Curriculum materials for mentorship programs in underserved schools
Background checks and training for new volunteer mentors
Classroom supplies and incentives for students
Expansion into more Arizona school districts and juvenile justice centers
