Support Arin's Journey Back to Macalester College

Hi, I’m Arin, a first-generation Hmong-American sophomore at Macalester College, majoring in Biology on the premed track with minors in Psychology and Neuroscience. During the Spring 2024 semester, I struggled with severe depression and an eating disorder, which greatly affected my mental and physical health. I decided to take a leave of absence to focus on my recovery, but returning home brought additional financial, mental, and emotional challenges that made it even harder to heal.

I planned to return to school for the Fall semester, but I have a $2,500 balance to pay before I can re-enroll. l I now have until September 13, 2024, to pay the full amount, or I risk being unenrolled and delaying my education.

All funds will be used for the remaining balance. I am reaching out for support to help cover this balance so I can continue my studies. Any help, big or small, would mean the world to me. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
