Hi, my name is Arina, and I am a Dutch figure skater.

Figure skating may not be the biggest sport in the Netherlands, but for me — it is everything. It is my passion, my discipline, and my way of expressing who I am.

I am currently working towards competing at a higher international level and representing the Netherlands. Every season I grow, improve, and get closer to that goal.

But reaching this level comes with a challenge.

Figure skating is one of the most beautiful sports — and also one of the most expensive. Ice time, coaching, training, and international competitions all add up very quickly.

My family supports me as much as they can, and I am incredibly grateful for that. But as I progress, the costs become harder to manage, and I cannot do this alone anymore.

That is why I am asking for your help

My goal for this season is €3,500, which will cover:

• Extra ice time & technical coaching – €1,200

• Off-ice strength & conditioning – €800

• International competitions (travel & entry fees) – €1,500
