Support Arianny & 3 year old Diego's Release from Detention

I accompanied my wife Arianny and my three-year old son Diego to their scheduled immigration hearing. It was their first appearance and they had already submitted their asylum applications to the immigration court. When they entered the ICE attorney did a motion to dismiss their case. My wife wanted to present her asylum case because she fears return to Venezuela, she objected to the dismissal. When my wife and son walked out of the court room there where ICE agents waiting to arrest my wife and child. They were escorted by several ICE agents to a bus where there were more armed ICE agents waiting to take them to an ICE office. After they processed my wife and child they sent them to a detention center in South Texas. My wife and son are suffering extremely in detention. Every day I speak to him he says "please come to get me because I don't want to be at the police house anymore." Diego is suffering trauma that is going to be hard for him to heal. He asks me if I have found him yet and if I will come to rescue him. Diego turns four on June 27, 2025. I am asking for your help to assist me in paying for a bond for my wife and children. Diego will also need psychological help when he gets out of detention. My wife and I came to this country fleeing a dictatorship that persecutes its people. We have presented to every court appearance or ICE check-in. We have never broken any laws. Our wish is to seek refuge in the United States and fight for a better future.

Acompañé a mi esposa y a mi hijo de tres años a su audiencia de inmigración programada. Era su primera comparecencia y ya habían presentado sus solicitudes de asilo ante el tribunal de inmigración. Al entrar, el abogado de ICE presentó una moción para desestimar su caso. Mi esposa quería presentar su solicitud de asilo por temor a regresar a Venezuela, pero se opuso a la desestimación. Al salir de la sala, había agentes de ICE esperando para arrestarlos. Varios agentes los escoltaron hasta un autobús donde había más agentes armados esperando para llevarlos a una oficina. Después de procesar a mi esposa y a mi hijo, los enviaron a un centro de detención en el sur de Texas. Mi esposa y mi hijo están sufriendo muchísimo en detención. Todos los días hablo con Diego; mi hijo me dice: "Por favor, ven a buscarme porque ya no quiero estar en "la casa de la policia". Diego está sufriendo un trauma que le será difícil superar. Me pregunta si ya lo he encontrado y si iré a rescatarlo. Diego cumple cuatro años el 27 de junio de 2025. Les pido su ayuda para pagar la fianza de mi esposa e hijo. Diego también necesitará ayuda psicológica cuando salga de detención. Mi esposa y yo vinimos a este país huyendo de una dictadura que persigue a su gente. Nos hemos presentado a todas las comparecencias judiciales y a todas las citas de ICE. Nunca hemos infringido ninguna ley. Nuestro deseo es buscar refugio en Estados Unidos y luchar por un futuro mejor.
