Among the struggles of their father’s deployment, a mother and her daughters must continue their life routine, confront the truths of their relationship, and learn that a true family isn't a perfect picture.

"Just for Now" is a generational story about the conflicts of a military household, all while being Mexican American.

My name is Arianna Frias, and I am the director and writer of 'Just for Now'. This film is important to me, being a military child for the majority of my life, because it tells the story of the parents and children who serve without a uniform. Especially being Mexican American, I want to share the stories of the families that started a life here in America and the sacrifices made. Funding for this film is funding for a platform for a mother, father, sister, or brother living in a military household.
