Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be in a position to ask for help like this, but I’m doing everything I can for my dog, Ares, who means the world to me.

Recently, Ares became very sick and had to be taken to the veterinarian right away. After exams and testing, the vet determined that Ares has a very high heart rate and blood pressure, low potassium, and is currently on a heart monitor to make sure that he doesn’t get into an arrhythmia. He may have to stay in the hospital for up to 72 hours. The recommended treatment is necessary for his recovery, but the cost has added up quickly.

So far, the vet bills are estimated at $3,055, which includes exams, tests, medication, and treatment. I am covering as much as I can on my own, but this unexpected expense has become overwhelming. He is at Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital in PA.

Ares is more than a pet — he is my baby doggie. He is a 55lb love bug.
