Support Ares' Fight Against Kidney Failure

A few days ago, he ingested a large quantity of vitamin D3. I had no idea that this was a toxicity to dogs. When i noticed him being lethargic,

I rushed him the the emergency vet. Due to the amount ingested, they suggested that we hospitalize him for 72 hours.

With him passing at risk. The bill for his treatment was 6k... not having any money as a college student, I had to ask my parents for help. Thankfully, I was approved for a payment plan. The following day, I received a call stating that his condition was worsening.. his calcium levels were increasing which could lead to kidney failure and he started to develop asphyxiated pneumonia.

They told me that I had to rush him to a larger vet clinic... When I arrived, they wheeled him in and started an examination. For his treatment, the starting cost was another 3k up front, not knowing what the outcome will be. With me already struggling to manage money in college, this added an extra burden. All money collected for this fundraiser will go towards his medical bills....no matter the outcome of his treatment.

Ares is the sweetest most goodest and goofiest boy in the whole world. He does not deserve his life to be cut so short. At only 7 months old, he's deserving of many more days to chew on his favorite toy...
