Support Arcadia’s Recovery Journey: Updated!

Dear friends, family, and community,

We’re reaching out to ask for your support on behalf of our dear friend Arcadia Farber — a devoted acupuncturist and full-custody single mom who has spent years helping others heal and thrive.

Arcadia recently underwent an emergency appendectomy, which was followed by serious post-surgical complications, including internal bleeding, an infection, and the need for a blood transfusion. She spent seven days in the hospital and has already been out of work for two weeks. Now in the early stages of healing, she faces at least another 3–4 weeks of rest and recovery before she can safely return to her practice and the work she loves.

As the sole caregiver to her 14-year-old daughter, Eden, Arcadia now faces the challenge of giving her body the time it needs to heal while also managing the responsibilities of daily life. We’re asking our community to come together — not just to ease financial stress, but to create the space for Arcadia to fully recover, without rushing back to work too soon.
