Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

We are reaching out with grateful hearts to ask for your support for two young athletes with big dreams — Arah and Abram — who have officially qualified for the USA National Taekwondo Championship this July 1–5 after becoming California State Champions in their respective divisions.

This incredible opportunity is more than just a competition — it is the result of four years of dedication, sacrifice, discipline, and perseverance.

Their journey began when Arah was only 4 years old and Abram was 7 years old. Since then, they have spent countless hours training, overcoming challenges, learning from defeats, and rising stronger each time. Through Taekwondo, they have learned discipline, respect, resilience, and the value of never giving up.

Last year at Nationals, Arah proudly became a Champion under the Dragon Division (6-7). This year marks her first year competing in the Tiger Division (8-9) and she is determined to continue that success and prove herself once again on the national stage.

For Abram, what a story of resilience and determination. Last year, during his Cadet Division debut at only 11 years old, he faced disappointment after falling short of qualifying at the State Championship. But instead of letting that setback define him, he used it as fuel to work harder, train smarter, and come back stronger this year. Starting as the bottom seed, Abram fought through four tough matches, finishing every single one in just two rounds with no need for a third. He faced every opponent fearlessly and proved that hard work, discipline, perseverance, and the heart of a true champion can turn setbacks into victories.

Behind every medal and every victory are years of late evening practices, intense training sessions, tears after losses, several local tournaments with long drives, and the determination to keep chasing their dreams.

Now, they have earned the incredible honor of representing California on the national stage and proudly representing the Filipino community, showing what hard work, heart, and determination can achieve.

We humbly ask for your support in helping them make this dream a reality.
