April and her family need help to use for bills.

April had a hysterectomy on August 22, 2025. She thought she would be out of work for 6 weeks, but unfortunately, when she went for her post-op appointment, it was found that she has a hole in her bladder that is leaking into her vaginal area, which is called a vesicovaginal fistula. The doctor put in a urine collection bag to reduce the urine leaking. She is still out of work at this time. She has an appointment with a pelvic specialist on Dec. 4, 2025. Hopefully, then they will let her know if surgery is in the near future. She will still have to wear her bag even after surgery. Her husband, Jesse, is working and doing all he can to pay the bills. It's tough with the economy right now, and a one-income home, when they are used to two incomes.
