Support April's Journey to Start a Food Truck

Hello, my name is April Brunson. I was born and raised in Venice, California. I am 37 years old. I was raised by a big-hearted, strong woman - my mom. She was my everything. When I tell you she could get down in the kitchen, I mean she cooked some amazing food. If you knew my mom, she was something else - a big mama of the neighborhood; everybody called her Auntie Debbie. I used to stay in the kitchen watching her cook. I would say, "I want to cook just like her." I definitely have that gift she gave me. She always wanted to open a restaurant, but when she passed away, she never got a chance to fulfill her passion and dreams. Also, my sister, who has beaten cancer, is part of my inspiration as well. Long story short, I am not only fulfilling my mom's dream, but it's alsobut it's also my dream. I am going to see it through. I put love and passion into my food and everything I do. With all that said, I want to start making this dream a reality with the start of this truck. If you can, please, anything will help. Thank you. Love you all.
