Hi friends and family of April Iniguez. April had a spinal cord injury which caused her C-6 and C-7 vertebrae's to bursts and as of right now she is paraplegic from chest down. I have started this Go Fund Me campaign for her medical bills and long term care that she will need. As all of you know she had a surgery and has been hospitalized for 4 weeks. She still cannot walk and her arms are weak with little movement in her fingers. April has a Special Needs son who also needs to be assisted in his daily routine and during this time needs a  caregiver. This devastating injury is life changing and has caused a burden to the family financially. April's husband will be taking 1 month of unpaid leave off when April is released from rehabilitation.  April's husband Saul recently had surgery in his arm and exhausted his FMLA. The last thing we want is for them to face this burden alone and are asking for any financial help you can offer to April and her family. This fund will also help build a wheel chair ramp for their front porch. April has always been a giver and loves to help others. Let's come together and assist her in this great time of need.
