April and Raphael's 24-week-old baby suffered from pregnancy complications (preeclampsia). The already beloved baby sadly didn’t make it through the night. Everything seemed to change so suddenly with the baby and mom’s condition. Unfortunately, after 3 nights of being admitted in Katz Women Long Island North Shore Hospital, Gabriella Hope Jefferson (12-13-24) did not make it into this physical realm.

April & Raphael would like to have a cremation and private ceremony as they spend their last moment with the promise from God they did not get to keep.
