Support Apollo's Urgent Tail Surgery

Hello everyone, this is my dog Apollo, and he is a very special doggy and member of our family. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago he injured his tail, and we have worked tirelessly trying to heal his wounds, but nothing has worked. Apollo is very energetic and happy all the time, but lately, he’s depressed, always tired, and not himself, so our vet has recommended amputation ASAP before the infection spreads. We have spent hundreds of dollars on vet costs, medications, and multiple different headwear so he doesn’t lick his tail, and we feel we’ve exhausted all other options. Surgery is the next step because we don’t want our boy in pain anymore or waiting too long and the infection spreads and possibly lose him. I was injured at work and only receive workers' comp, so our funds are very low. So we come on here today asking anyone for help for our special boy. Every dollar counts.
