Support Antonio's Family Through Job Loss

TLDR: Male - 35 - sole provider for family of 6 - about to lose home, need rent money by June 30th for month of July with solid hopes of having a job start within the month. Every dollar helps make a difference, thank you.

My name is Antonio Haynes, I work in IT. On February 27th, 2024, my 2-year contract with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis came to an end. Little did I realize that the market had an influx of experienced employees laid off since October of 2023, and I was coming into an extremely competitive and unstable job market. Nonetheless, I had landed a new job within two weeks of becoming unemployed with my previous contracting company. This job came with a couple of caveats though, the start date was set for April 29th, and I was told that I should not continue seeking other employment opportunities as doing so could risk losing my position with this company. I naively did so as this company and recruiter were the same company that I had just ended another engagement with, and I trusted them. By April 27th, I was informed that the company I was to be working with was having issues with a statement of work and that they were delaying, not just mine, but all of their contractors' expected start dates. They continued to promise that I still had a job and just to hang on a little longer with daily phone calls or text messages until May 23rd when they finally told me there was no job, they were pushing the project start to next year and to continue my search for new employment.

If you know me, then you know I am the sole provider for my family of 6 (wife, 3 kids, and mother now), I have exhausted every resource I can both government and personal at this point trying to keep a house over our head. My rent is $1550/month and is due on the 1st of each month. I am still searching for new employment and am expecting interviews with both the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and Accenture services, as well I have made contact with many recruiters that I will be reaching back out to as they have told me they may have more openings beginning in July. Despite losing all but one of my bank accounts and having many bills that are delinquent for several months now and even the probability of having our 2016 GMC Acadia (family car and only car) repossessed, I am confident in my ability to recover from this situation once I am working again. I try not to ask for help from anyone normally and even to this day would hand the shirt off my back to anyone I thought it would make a difference for. I am only asking for help covering what is bare minimum to keep a home over my family and not disrupt the lives of my children or end up homeless. I truly do not have a dime to my name and no other options at this point. Thank you.
