My name is Antonio Marcus René and I’m 18 years old from Maryland. Last month, on September 25th, I got into a head-on collision with a truck, which resulted in my left leg tibia and femur being broken. Although I’m grateful to have survived the accident, life in the aftermath has been hard, to say the least.

Despite being cleared by my doctor to go back to work, my job is being indecisive about taking me back, and my pockets are thinning out. It’s gotten to a point where buying basic necessities is very stressful. Medical expenses and fines from my accident are putting huge amounts of strain on my family at a time when the government is laying off thousands of workers. If I could go work for the money, I absolutely would 1000%, but it just hasn’t proven to be the case for me.

I know I’m not the only one going through something, I know I’m not the only one with thinning pockets, but I don’t know where else to turn, so I’m going to set up this GoFundMe and put the rest in the hands of God!
