Support Antonio and Ruben's Marching Arts Journey

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share an exciting opportunity for two outstanding individuals, Antonio Salmeron and Ruben Luna, who have been selected for an internship with the Drum and Bugle Corps I work with over the summer. Antonio and Ruben are both founding members of Impulso Latino Marching America and have dedicated themselves to advancing marching arts education throughout Mexico.

As part of this internship, they will spend 15 days with our drum corps, attending rehearsals, learning from our world-class instructional staff, and gaining valuable educational techniques that they can take back to their marching bands in Mexico. This will provide them with tools and insights that will benefit not only their students but also the marching community in their country.

The internship covers housing and meals, but unfortunately, it does not include travel expenses. The cost of round-trip flights for both Antonio and Ruben is approximately $800 each. Additionally, there are costs for luggage and transportation, as the nearest airport to their home is 2.5 hours away.

I am reaching out to a select group of individuals to ask for any support you might be able to offer toward their travel expenses. While our goal is to raise $2,000 to cover all costs, including flights, luggage, and travel to and from the airport, any amount you can contribute will make a significant difference. Please know that no donation is too small – every bit truly helps and is more than appreciated.
