Antoine was recently diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma and is now fighting for his life. In February, he was admitted to the ER, where he underwent two emergency surgeries followed by extensive medical testing and a prolonged hospital stay. He was discharged in March with a wound VAC device to support healing as he regains strength and recovers from surgery. He is scheduled to begin chemotherapy on April 29th.
My brother has always been someone who carries everything quietly. He is stoic, steady, and strong - never one to ask for help, even when he needs it most. If you know Antoine, you know he is the first to show up for others without hesitation and without expecting anything in return. He is a genuinely kind person, full of life and love. He works hard and carries whatever weight life places on his shoulders without complaint. But right now, he is facing something no one should have to endure alone.
This fight is exhausting in every way - physically, emotionally, and financially. Between treatments, hospital visits, and the uncertainty of this diagnosis, the burden has become overwhelming. And still, true to who he is, he hasn’t asked for anything. So I am asking for him. I am asking for support to help ease the financial strain so he can focus on what matters most: fighting this cancer and holding onto hope. Every donation, no matter the size, will go toward medical expenses, daily needs, and ensuring he has the care and support he deserves during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re not able to give financially, sharing this message means just as much. Spreading the word helps us reach others who may be able to support him. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to those who are able to contribute. I truly appreciate your kindness, generosity, and support. Sincerely, Antoine's sister Vanessa.
