My name is Anthony Taylor and I need a vehicle to make it back and forth to doctor's appointments. I was involved in a major accident on 01/21 and was in the hospital until 3/28/21. I was on my back with no physical therapy because they couldn't locate my insurance. Even after two years, a man at the welfare office looked and found my insurance. In the meantime, I missed out on physical therapy, which made it hard to work on the therapy I needed. This caused cellulitis twice and a hole on the bottom of my toe. I have so many doctor's appointments now, it's hard to make them all. If I had a vehicle, it would make this experience easier.
