❤️ URGENT — Our Family Needs Your Help During My Surgery Recovery

Hello Everyone,

My name is Anthony, and asking for help like this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I’ve spent my entire career serving and protecting children and families. For 25 years, I worked as a Children’s Social Worker with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. I dedicated my life to helping others through crisis, and now—unexpectedly—I find my own family in a crisis we cannot get through alone.

I am currently on disability retirement due to degenerative disc disease, and on November 26, 2025, I will be undergoing hip replacement surgery. While this surgery is necessary, it will force me to stop working for at least a month while I recover.

What This Means for Us

To support my wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and our 5-month-old baby boy, I currently drive for Uber 10–12 hours per day, six days a week, earning about $1,250/week. It is our primary income, and without it, our household has no way to cover our essential expenses.

During my recovery, I will be completely unable to drive, making it impossible for me to earn income at a time when the bills will continue to come.

To keep our family afloat for that month, we urgently need to raise $10,000 to cover rent, food, utilities, baby needs, and basic family essentials.

About Our Family

I am a proud father—my daughter is truly the light of my life, and my little son gets cuter every single day. My wife is Ukrainian, and her parents stay with us for five to six months each year. Hosting them during their displacement has brought additional financial strain, but we stand 1000% in support of Ukraine and will continue to support them however we can.

We are doing everything we can, but this surgery and recovery period have created a financial gap we simply cannot fill on our own. With two small children and extended family depending on us, I’m stepping out in faith, hope, and humility to ask for help from our community.
