My husband and I have been going to Anthony's Restaurant regularly for the past 40 years. It is a family favorite. Our kids and now, grandkids love the pizza, pasta and the submarine sandwiches. We took every friend and relative that came to town to visit Anthony and his family.
I taught both of their children at Saint James school and we became very close.
Anthony, the owner, immigrated to the United States from a small town in Greece in the 1960s. After serving in the military, he opened up the restaurant in Falls Church. In 1976, Anthony married his wife, Faye and expanded the restaurant. It has grown as their family grew.
Their son and daughter both work at the restaurant and it is truly a family friendly environment for the community to get together and enjoy classic Greek, American and Italian dishes. Everyone is greeted with a smile when they come in the door and it's truly a fantastic experience!
